I may have posted incorrect info in response to a question about lift kits. Here's a link to a page that gives the spring rates for several lift kits.

If your prospective kit isn't listed you can get the info from your manufacturer and do a compare-o on them. Spring rate effects ride comfort and suspension flex and handling, so it's pretty important!
