So you're talking 80.5 hp if you figure 100% conversion. I'd add 10% anyhow and 20% if the 60 kW figure is an absolute. Might also figure 3% power loss off nominal rating per 1000' of elevation for a normally aspirated petrol engine.
I figure a stock 230 cid flathead will push a 24 kW head to full load for reasonable periods.
