U can look up the sellers contact info on ebay. There is supposed to be a valid tele # listed. If its not valid, then he is violating ebay rules and u should report that.
At the top of any ebay page click on advanced search. Then click on find contact info on the left menu. Enter the seller's id and the item # and ebay will email the info to u.
