Funny, I almost wrote about that, but didn't think anyone could relate. I lived on the edge of the former Chino Diary Preserve for 14 years, I loved it when the wind blew in from the diaries, it kept the population down...ha!ha! I'd rather smell the cows than hear the people...ha!ha! They started subdiving the Preserve in 1997, after the "Preserve" was disbanded. It is about 1/3 built upon now, it use to be my 'time machine'. By driving 5 minutes, you could go back in time 50 years, not too many places this close to LA that were like that.
