If you're going to use the existing axle housing and the 9-5/8 diff case, then you limited to 4.89 and 5.83. If you use a diff case 8-3/4 and it's carrier, then you can get down to 4.10's. To get to the ratios you're looking for may require a axle housing swap. Go to 4.10's and a 5 speed OD transmission and 1100 x 16 or 900 x 20 tires
