You probably won't like my "suggestion" --- but because PW's are so specialized in thier mechanical components vs antique cars, it sounds like since you can't do the work yourself, (and taking a PW down to the bare frame is work with specialized shop equipment), you'd be better off to sell your truck to someone on here and buy one ready to go!!
Also, some of the mechanical components such as the winch does'nt need to be "mechanically restored" anyway unless the seals leaks or it does'nt work.
