The only problem I've had with MV or truck stuff was a guy in Austria who won a data plate but never paid. Other than that, I bought a vacuum tube voltmeter from what turned out to be a big-time "antique" dealer in New York, who shipped it loose in a box with no padding. It rattled around and one tube fell out but nothing broke. I emailed him to tell him his packaging was poor, and he never replied to that, so a month later I gave him neutral feedback explaining that a fragile thing was shipped without padding, and he immediately sent me a bunch of crazy emails along the lines of "U GIVE BAD FDBK NOW U DIE!!!!!!!" and gave me his standard negative feedback, which I later found out he used on everybody, along the lines of "RIP-OFF! DON'T BUY! THIS SELLER IS A CROOK" or something to that effect. The other one was I shipped three cases of plastic trays to some gay theatre guy in New York, and he claimed he only got one. I told him I still had other ones on hand and would send gladly him two more, but he just ignored my offer and posted negative feedback.
