Hi Tim,
This is just a guess (and Paul Cook will get me, ha!ha!) But I think not. The 2nd and 3rd series tailgates are the same as the Sweptline Utiline gates, 61-71. They do not interchange with earlier civilian Pilot House trucks as far as I know. Dodge had several different widths and heights in the 40 and 50's civilian pick ups that do not match the rest of the Dodge truck gates.
