I have a NP-435 behind my 318 in my PW.
Best price I found on a Chelsea Series 352 PTO was Brookline Machine COmpany in Buffalo, NY. If you cant get their phone from information, email me and I will dig it out. You will also nee to change the drive shaft to the winch. Total price for the PTO
drive shaft with U Joints was $515, 3 years ago.
