57 chevy has much much much more chrome and stainless on the outside not to mention so much more inside. All of this cost a fortune. I just restored a 57 belair convertible. The windsheild frame has 18 different pieces of chrome on it. I have also restored a power wagon and the 57 took at least 4 times longer. I have never seen so many parts in my life. John
