When I bought two front fenders from VPW in the summer, the trucking company showed up and the invoice was different from what I expected as to shipping costs. They had tacked on a fuel surcharge to cover the increase in diesel. I questioned it, but the guy basically said that if I did not pay it, I don't get the crate. SO....others are passing it on already.
