Helped some good folks in Monroe and Ellensburg with some Shirehorses. Used to help put on plowing demonstrations from Marymoore,Silver creek, to Colfax.Seen a fellow up in Mt Vernon who has a two story barn with a couple of hundred pieces of workhorse draft equipment all completely restored.Saved several sets of hay tracks from barns in the path of progress. That was a good time in Washington State.We would go to Thorp to buy hay from another Draft horse owner. Lucian
