Don't forget that the home tank will not have bafles. For the size truck/tank you are taling about, you won't push the truck around, but the fuel sloshing will work your mounting brackets pretty hard...
Put an "off road" sticker on the tank even if it is too small for the regulations to say that you need one. You'd hate to have somebody squirt some into an on-road vehicle and have that one get checked...
