Harry only has a few more days till it goes to auction at a Wrecking Yard. He will be notified by them it is there and has been picked up as a abandon vehical. It will be up to him to have it retrived from them or it will go up for auction and at that time I will bid on it if he does not retreive it. He is alive and contacted my lawyer that findly got him to relise it can happen and it is still here waiting to be picked up. He won't contact me still so it will be gone around the 17th of November and he is aware of that but is not happy about it. I could have done it a long time ago but I gave him 60 days to deal with it since it has been over a year now since last August. I tried 5 times with certified & regular mail to get a responce but the lawyer got him to call him(lawyer) and leave a mesage he is not happy about it?? It has cost me another $680.00 in lawyer fees to get him to admit he is still alive. I am not very happy about that part!! Mark H.
