Will,There have been a few articles in Four Wheeler & Four Wheel drive in the last year about narrowing axles. Basicly they shortened the long side after fitting the short side diff to the spring. In your case you would have to start with 1993 or earlier axles because the differential is on the same side(pass) as your truck originally was. In 1994 Dodge went to drivers side for the diff location. Drive train specialists in SE MI could answer some of your questions.
