Weak Spark

Just looking for a second opinion on the causes of weak spark.

I cleaned the point on the M37 and got a good strong spark and then got the engine running for about 45 sec. twice. Now it won't start, and when I check the spark, it's weak.

I suspect either the points are fowled again, or the gap is off. Any confirmation or other ideas?
