My mistake...they'll bolt onto the hubs but the axles are much bigger.
I wonder if Rob has any lock-0ut hubs laying around since he's bought lots of these IH hubs for his W300 20" wheel conversions but the lock-out hubs would be too big for the W300 axles...I'd call him.
