Have I got a deal for you Marty. I have a 2-speed Eaton rear differential with massive disk brakes that would be a good compromise. Match the low range to your front differential for 4X4 use. Run in high range in 4X2 for the highway. This diff is probably from a truck the size of an IHC 4700 or so (I don't know the pedigree).
