I don't know about your eng Trans Questyions, but I do know that the rear diff is definitely a 8 3/4" cone type posi with either 3:55 to 1:00, or 3:91 to 1:00 gear ratios. This makes an awsome hot rod or 1/2 ton 4x4 rear diff. Super strong, or something to sell
