There is a simple way to do that. Highlight the string you want, then hit the control key and the C key at the same time. Then put your curser in the box you would have typed the characters in manually and hit control key and the Vkey at the same time. That will paste it. Then hit enter and off you go into some cybergalaxie! It is easier to do than to explain.
