I can hold it for more than a few seconds, so based on that I'm probably OK? The Yoke seems hotter than the TC to me, but can't say for sure, and the lower portion and rear bearing housing id hotter than the rest of the TC.

I wish now I'd checked to see that the Temp. was before I pulled the old seal off.
