I got a e-mail from johndfoster@yahoo.com that said "confirm the attached document", which didn't sound much like you're writing, and it contained a virus. Something must have gotten into your address book? I don't know how all this computer stuff works, but I really doubted YOU sent the message!

De-bug it or whatever folks do with computers. Just a "heads-up" for you! (Or can it bounce off someone elses computer that has John in their address book?!??!...)
