I bought my flatfender (partially dissasembled) in n.w. Pa.
Due to it being from the east, there were some rust issues.
Paul's truck is unlike anything you will likely find in the east as far as quality.
It sounds more like a desert truck from out west. You should consider snapping this one up. You won't find anything this good at this price. You can assemble it yourself for the several extra thousand dollars it would cost you to find a western truck put together already in this condition.
On top of that, Paul is very honest and a straight up guy.
