Double check you timing first if you had the dist out. I had that problem and the dist was off a tooth put it back on top dead center reset the dist so the adjustment was in the middle of the curve reset the plug wires and all 4 fired off. Also make sure you plug wires are in correct order you need to get spark in the right cylinder at the right time of the compression stroke. Mark H.
