Simonds Industries, which has been making circle saw blades for something like 150 years, publishes a little free booklet on saw filing, hammering, and mill setup. It's a good start. It can all be done with simple hand tools and skill, or you can take the blade to a shop that does sawmill blades. The average "saw shop" probably won't know what to do with a blade like that. Glad to hear of somebody using an old circle saw for something other than painting overpriced pictures on.
