I bought a home made utility trailer in MT last year, exactly the same configuration, we couldn't figure out what truck it was from but, the wheel arch and stake pocket are in the correct position for a 56 & later PWGN. It also has same fenders as my 56 but with different support brackets at rear, has short running boards in front of fenders attached to lower edge of box side. The boxides are the correct height as well. This one will be the box for my M601, but wouuld like to know what it's from
