I just installed sleeves on the transfer flanges on my M37 I think it was either a spedi sleeve or a redi sleeve. I still have two to do. I got them for the pinion flanges too. They are real thin (technical term)and you just drive them over what you have and it leaves a totally new surface for the seal to run on. They are a little pricey at around 36.00 each so the four were a little painful but was the only thing I knew to do to fix it right. I think the pinions were around 28.00. Not positive if you are working on a M or civi or if the numbers would be different. If you need the p/n let me know.
