OT setting saw teeth

I need to set the saw teeth on a couple of circular saw blades used on a cordwood saw. These blades are 27 to 32 inches in diameter, crosscut, no inserts, and have teeth a lot larger than those found on common 10 and 12 inch compound miter saws. I see several tools on ebay designed for this purpose, but it is hard to tell by the photos what kind of blade and teeth these are designed for, and the sellers do not appear to know much about the tools. I am sure I could find someone locally to do the work, but that would take all of the fun out of it as I need to learn this skill myself.

Would anyone here have the proper tool or information?

POWER-WAGON content: These blades are used on a saw driven from the PTO belt drive on my POWER-WAGON.
