From the site above, it looks like your nubers are:
3K 360 8006 1 3047440 810
3 = 1973
K = Toluca plant
360 = 360ci
8006 1 3047440 810 = ?? It sounds like this part can be both a 10,000 day calander, telling youy the date made, and it can also be a sequence number.
That is the best info I could find on short notice.
