About ready to take it to a Dodge Dealer to adjust them! I now got another one locking up this time. I read all the manuals and they only show a special tool to adjust the heel adjustment. I just spent the last 1 1/2 hours adjusting them and they are crap again for stopping on dirt this time the wheel will lock up at slow speed till it completely stops then it releases. I have the brakes adjusted to where you can only move the upper adjustment 1/16 turn on a wrench and it starts to drag evenly back it off and they just barely make a noise. Don't make much differents what you do to the bottom heel adjustments on stopping except your pedal goes all most to the floor if the arrows are pointed in. What next, can a shop adjust them??
