The heal adjustment is what was wrong. After I adjusted the Heal closer then reset the Shoe Adjustment they work good again now. Sure could not see how you could get a feeler gauge in there so I set them to touching and backed them off till they just brushed a little. Then I did the Upper Adjustment. Now they can lock up on a panic stop but the rear one does not lock up by itself no more and works fine. They also stop a lot better! Mark H.
