Mostly due to the cost of setting it back up for a winch after I do a engine swap. It is a fair price for the set up also don't you think? I will not sell it till I have sold the drive train first. If I can't sell the drive train, I will not sell the winch and leave the truck the way it is for the time being since it is a running package. Mark H.
