I had contacted someone at Dynamic Speed Lab,
and tried to find out what size turbo might work with the 251. We had a good conversation about it and he said they had never built a kit for an carbed engine just the fuel injected ones but he said he'd check with his people about any problems that might be associated using or adapting a carbed engine w/turbo. I suggested he visit the website and take a pole on the forum to get an idea of how much interest and how many unit he might sell if he could come up with a kit to turbo charge the 251 and possibly the 230 using a carb or perhaps they could devise a throttlebody type fuel injection system to be used with the turbo kit?
If I had the tech data on turbo function so I could determine what I needed and find a compatable turbo to retro-fit to the 251, I'd get started.
Anybody know anything or have literature on turbos?
