Can you order a new set(stock, like cheapo) of front and rear springs for a w300 of the same year and use them to get 4 inches or so???? I am not sure what the front axle on your 58 w100 dana44 looks like, will it take a wider weaf spring on the right side and still clear the u bolts??? What about the bolts in the spring eyes and the bushings, do they interchange or can ya swap in w300 hangers& u bolts, anybody got a picture of the w100 front spring pad and a leaf count vs the w300 with the dana70 in the front??? How are they different exactly???? Maybe you can find a w300 and rob the spring hangers if they are needed to install the w300 springs on your w100? It is the usual for Dodge w series trucks, very little out there for offroad, I can not even find where anybody has done a how to lift article on any w100 w200 or w300, anybody got a link to one? Prob better off to just go to 4wheeldrive store and have them match up some springs. If you can find out what will work stock and lift your truck you will save a bunch over the inflated prices for lift kits. I used w200 4 door springs in a 74 w100 and saved about $400 over just the front new kit, springs were $50 at the pik and pull! Good luck!
