1964 WM300, serial # 246-1328772, Original owner was Montana Power, I am the third owner.

265 cu. inch flathead six (according to previous owner Herb Hobi, see Sept/1997 issue of PW Advertiser)

94921 miles on truck, unsure how many on 265 engine.

Runs, drives and STOPS. I purchased the truck in 1997 with plans to restore to original, but unexpected changes force sale. The truck has been stored inside since purchase and only driven a few miles. Over time I found a correct third series bed and embossed “Dodge” tailgate. Not mounted, but in my possession are the fenders. The drivers side being NOS. Briefly I will describe what I have done to the truck:

* Completely scraped all grease from all surfaces
* Completely rebuilt the MU-2 winch, new bushings, seals, brake band, spring, 150‘ cable w/canvas cover, new 4‘chain & hook, powder coated black. The internals gears were in good shape and reused.
* Replaced w/new the front inner axle bushings, inner axle seals, hub seals, repacked bearings and steering joints
* Replaced rear axle outer seals
* 5 New 900x16 10 NDT tires mounted
* NOS front drive shaft/slip yoke/u-joints, rear drive shaft still tight
* Installed new thermostat, upper radiator hose, fan belt
* Rebuilt the brake master cylinder, honed the wheel cylinders(4), adjusted brakes
* Mounted new repro. side door and rear view mirrors
* Mounted correct 3 rd series bed, tailgate w/ new center hinge, new tailgate chains
* Repro. Gas tank filler neck grommet
* Repro. Headlight mounting bracket/base installed drivers side

I have the following parts that naturally go with the truck to further complete its restoration:

* New wheel cylinders, I was planning to replace. The current wheel cylinders do not leak
* New brake lines (rubber), front and rear
* New Superwinch lockout hubs
* NOS rear u-joints
* New clutch and brake pins, clutch is tight, brake pedal has some slop.
* NOS seals/gaskets for the PTO, Transmission, Transfer case, Pinion seal, rear diff. seal
* Repro. rear fender welting
* NOS tie rod ends, both
* NOS drag link rebuild kit
* Extra thermostat
* NOS carb rebuild kit
* New passenger/driver wing window glass, passenger side door glass, passenger side front window glass,
* Tire chains, talk about heavy duty, these came with the truck
* Repro. rear turn signals w/brackets, license plate bracket included

To completely immerse yourself in this truck with the sale comes 153 issues of the Power Wagon Advertiser, Repro. Owners Manual, a parts book for the WM300, a Power Wagon shop manual group 17 covering the hood, fenders, radiator shell & running boards, dodge job-rated trucks manual ,sales & promotional, color samples in back, Power Wagon Advertiser Index, Dodge Power Wagon Power Train Survival manual WDX-WM300, Dodge Pickup Color History by Don Bunn & Mike Mueller, Dodge Pickup Trucks by Steve Stratham, Dodge Pickups, History and Restoration Guide 1918-1971 by Don Bunn & Tom Brownnell.

The truck has minimal rust, surface only nothing through. I replaced the passenger side floor pan. The Bed has some through rust along the front headboard at the bottom. The truck is located in Livermore California. Please call with further questions, email for more pictures. $9,500.00
