I have four wheels. One is a split rim. I will have to check sizes again but they have been sandblasted and then painted black with baked on paint here at a local factory. They are not perfectly painted but they look damn good. I am in Oklahoma but shipping through FedEx ground isn't to bad. I have only lost one thing and I am working on getting my money back on that one. Drop me an e-mail if you are interested. I can get pictures but I am sure the flaws in paint will not show up since they are so dark.
