My neighbor's radiator has the numbers 1272446R and the necessary CDDP. It is in good shape . He took it off to have it rodded out and sold the truck while it was off. It has been barn kept for over 45 years. If anyone knows what it fits, let me know. He said it was off a dodge 4x4 and is a honey comb rad.
