spring pack rebuild question

I am rebuilding my spring packs. The rear spring "clips" or leaf aligning brackets are rivited on. On the front pack there are large-head flathead bolts instead of rivits that look a little like the ones that hold the drums onto the hubs. DOes anyone know a source for these bolts? I do not see them shown in the VPW catalog, for example.
