I am looking for a good 6 by 6 frame for a project. Found one in Colorado but the price is high. I am in Wyo so would like to find one fairly close and fairly priced. I asked the same question a couple years ago and got a response from someone in Oregon-hope they will respond if they still have it.

Also, I am considering putting a hemi in my flat fender. I posed the question to this forum on how to do this and what the problems are. Not much response- but the best sounding advice was forget the big Chrysler hemi I have, but get instead the small Dodge hemi. I have bought one in a truck but now I wonder what I have. According to the literature I have all Dodge hemis had water outlets in the end of the heads ala 1955 and later Chrysler hemis. This one has the water outlets in the intake manifold ala the older Chrysler hemis and all the DeSotos. The other mystery is the engine serial number. It is VT 348-1249 which does not show up in my book on hemis. The truck is a 1954 model and the most similar number is VT 346 which is a 1954 270. Any help appreciated.

Cheers, John in Wyo
