And I fixed it, although probably not to anyone's liking here. I had the horn working, but the exterior lights wouldn't work (headlights were fine, but nothing else). I looked at the back of the fuse box and the two wires into that fuse (ext. lights and horn) the ext. light wire had burned in half!! I spliced in a little section of wire and ran it to a different fuse. It's been working ever since! And that's in my '92 club cab with the Turbo Cummins!
