Get new studs, nuts (save the big washers), permatex locktite, permatex copper spray a gasket. Locktite the studs, spray a gasket both sides of the gaskets, manifold flanges, and block. Put it all back together. Drain the block first like you said. Not sure about the crack, is it on the flange or on the manifold itself? Yes I guess they can be fixed, I'd replace it though. Then again I'm all out of exhaust manifolds.
