Earlier this summer while cleaning the housing for my front third member I found "Use One Carrier Gasket" or something to that effect stamped in the housing just to the left of where the third member bolts in. So if someone is unsure as to whether they need one or two gaskets when reassembling their third members, check the housing, it will be stamped on there. Robert
