Jack the rear wheels up and make sure you don't have side play in the wheel bearings, if so tighten them up. Also make sure the rear hub studs and nuts are tight - don't need any unecessary axle flex. When you shift gears, ease the clutch till it grabs before excellerating to prevent a sudden stress torque on the drive train. If you find that the M37 works well, find a TC from a 1.5 ton that has 1.5.1 ration. This will allow you to split gears for 7 forward speeds. Have fun!
