Wish me luck, I'm headed out tonight headed
for Panama City ,FL. I should arrive by daylight with friends waiting and ready to head out about 18 mi. from west bay. Hoping to catch some biguns, grouper out deep,and redfish/speckeled trout closer in to shore.
Friends say their eating up baitfish in 250-300ft on the bottom and near shore ,anything that is moving or shines and flickers. Hope I don't hook any sharks!
This will be the first time I've ever attempted a trip to the coast when a hurricane was headed in but the forecast for saturday is great weather,hope I'm not messing up as my son will be with me. This trip is really more for him than for me as he has been after me and my friends to carry him out in deep open water to catch some hugh fish. So, Lets go fishing, ARRRRRRRRR!
