I got one at NAPA for I think about $15.
Be sure to check the bushings that support the clutch actuation rod. (Goes through the bell housing from the pedal etc.) Mine were quite bad even though the truck had only 47 years on them and only 30,000 miles. Seems few people remembered those hidden grease fittings.
