Not much to add, a 1941 1/2 ton Ambulance with a T211 engineering code (that should be on the engine serial pad as well)
This truck should look pretty much like the Ambulance seen in the title sequence of MASH.
All of the serial numbers are on file at the Motor Pool (below)
As to titles, I'd make sure that the chassis number on the title was the same as the one stamped ON THE FRAME (not just the dash plate)
Any law enfocement folks can check easily enough with the Chrysler listings and if the chassis matches a 1941 listing they will be happy.
The same plate that has QM Corps on it will have the correct date of delivery half an inch above the bottom RH corner - clean it carefully !
