I was just thinking that the sloped hood seemed to fit awfully well on this truck if it had been modified.......
I and many others were under the impression that there was a strict difference between the military and civilian cabs, like the fuel filler hole, etc. So I guess that some of the 1/2 ton cabs DO have the filler hole, then? Or are the ones without the filler hole ones where someone patched it up?
Seems liks people advertise a truck with a "civilian" cab often, and the impression is that most all trucks with closed cabs and filler holes have been somewhat "bastardized" with the switch to a civilian cab.
"Altered civilian cabs" explains it all!
