I'd venture $1500-2000 tops (sure the engine was rebuilt for $1600, and installed but NEVER ran and the tires are rotted in the 5 years since, Hmmmmmm) By the description, the engine likely needs rebuilding before starting again.(why didn't they start it then????) A running M37 goes for $1500 (not restored) the parts truck is just that, a parts truck (about $500 only if you needed the running gear or bed/cab) When you figure Tires @$120 ea., New seats, Wiring, canvas, paint, rust resto, wood replacement, total restoration cost around $5000 maybe.(with the initial purchase)
You didn't say what type labor you'd do, a plumber would install a bathtub or sink for the trade, a construction worker maybe a window installation, general handyworker paint the Barn, fix a fence and tow the junk out of the yard would be good.
