I have the NP435 you need. It came out of my 71 W300.It has the large yoke. Wide ratio with a 6something:1 first gear. It is in really good shape. Was gone thru before I got it by the town who owned the truck. Price is $200.oo and I live in Ma. about 25min from Providence R.I.
