During my vacation in NM, I came across a Power Wagon parked in a field behind a house.
It had a huge boom on the back with winch (operational). The sheet metal on the cab had surface rust only,
no drivers door (burned off at the hinges), bench seat, wiper motrors and arms, winshield with one crack,
hoods missing. The man started it up for a while but I think it needs carb work. The radiator and front part was there.
It had one broken shock on the back (mounts ok though), a few small dents on roof, interior was decent, surface rust only. Was missing
floor plate on passenger side.

Unfortunitely the owner of this property was not the owner of the truck (As usual) so I have to wait a month for the truck owner to
return from Alaska, 75 year old logger!

There were two prices written on the pass. door, $1500 and $1000.

Can anyone tell me what a fair price would be?

Looking forward to all responses.

Oh yeah, it's a 1948 B-1-PW 126, serial number 8390 7781 with 14.7K miles
